IMPEACHMENT 

FACT:

Dade Phelan took a stand against corruption. Since the impeachment trial, Ken Paxton has admitted to many of the impeachment charges being true, including that he violated the Whistleblower Act. By Paxton’s own admission, the House’s cases for impeachment were justified. His impeachment acquittal does not mean he is innocent. He is currently the subject of multiple other investigations and lawsuits and will ultimately have to answer for the allegations against him in a court of law.
